1) I ship from Canada and on rare occasions from Australia. I use Canada Post or UPS when I’m in Canada and Australia Post when I’m in Australia.
2) My JP proxy mostly holds the group orders for Japanese merchandises while I hold the interest checks for them. So please check out their info on their order post.

1) I am not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, or damaged items once sent out to the mail courier. However, please contact me or the mail courier if there is an issue and I/they will try my/their best to sort out a solution.
2) If the package is returned to me and you want me to resend it, you are responsible for paying the second send out cost.

PACKING INFORMATION

1) For most items, I package with bubble wrap and use a bubble mailer or a box depending on the item. I make sure that your package is safe and secured to avoid any damages as much as possible.2) For flat items like trading cards, I package with a clear sleeve and back them with cardboard. Then, I will insert the items into a plastic sleeve before placing them inside an envelope. This ensures that the items stay flat during transit and keeps them dry in case of a rainy weather or any liquids spilled onto the package.

- Unless stated otherwise, please note that I can’t give you an estimate of the shipping cost to your country. Shipping will only be charged after I send the package to you so I can provide you with the accurate shipping cost.- For flat items like trading cards, I can offer both TRACKED and UNTRACKED letter mail shipping. - If I feel uncomfortable before a trade, I have the right to deny or back out of the trade.
- Please disclose any and all damages! I will do the same. I will send you a video of the item’s condition before sending them out.
- If I don’t get a reply in 3 days with me bumping/notifying you, I will drop the trade.
- I do not mind sending my part first but I highly prefer if we could send our parts on the same day.
- If this is your first time trading, I will either send my part out on the same day as you send yours out OR I will ask you to send your part first.
- Please send your quality check in a (preferably) bright environment rather than a dark room with the flash on and I will do the same

DISCLAIMER

1) Failure to follow rules may get you put into a blacklist and blocked or banned from future group orders.
2) GOs take time so please be mindful of that before joining! — The processing time up until the items arrive at my address can vary and can be out of my control. However, I will always keep GO group chats or notify the group order participants up to date!
3) Be VERY SURE of joining. No backing out after you’ve paid unless you can find a replacement.
4) Please send in the correct currency otherwise you will be refunded and asked to resend.
5) If you miss a payment deadline and are unresponsive after I sent you reminders, your claims will be dropped and up for reclaim.
6) I am not responsible if the seller turns out to be a scam or received fake items. I unfortunately cannot provide refunds unless I am refunded myself, nonetheless, I will do whatever I can in my ability to resolve the situation.
